3. Conduct due diligence

Once NDAs are in place, we will ask for more detail to confirm our understanding of your business

4. Come to terms and close the deal

After diligence, we will agree on the terms of the deal, timeline to closing, and confirmatory information needed, then all work towards closing and a smooth transition!

Tate Stevenson

Tate is a strategy and operations professional with experience in top-tier management consulting and government agencies. He has developed and implemented strategic initiatives for Fortune 500 clients, and applies his diverse experience in driving operational excellence and strategic growth across industries.

Why we founded Fortress together:

Jonathan and Tate first met as strategy consultants, working late nights building business plans and presentations for corporate clients. Over many takeout meals in the office and travel to client sites, they became close friends and realized a shared entrepreneurial itch, desire to shape their own future, and want to see real, tangible impact of their work. This is where the idea of Fortress Holdings started to take shape. With a shared interest in building a lasting business and complementary skills to see it through, their mission is now to find the right founder-led company to preserve its legacy and build its future.
